From expanding production to deepening farmer partnerships, our future is rooted in nutrition, innovation, and inclusive growth—for Malawi and beyond.

We believe food can do more than feed—it can transform lives. That’s why our future plans focus on scale, sustainability, and stronger systems. Whether it's fortifying new products or opening new markets, our goal is clear: build a healthier, more resilient Malawi.
High-Volume Output
Our facility is equipped with state-of-the-art milling systems capable of producing up to 30 tons of fortified maize flour every 24 hours. We also operate extrusion lines that produce up to 200kg/hour of shelf-stable, nutritious corn snacks. These systems ensure we meet both daily retail demand and large-scale institutional orders with consistency and speed.
Scalable for Growth
Built with expansion in mind, our production systems are modular and responsive. Whether scaling for emergency response, regional distribution, or new donor contracts, we’re ready. From school feeding programs to national relief initiatives, we can adapt volume without compromising on food safety or nutritional integrity.
Certified & Audited
All products meet Malawi Bureau of Standards (MBS) and follow HACCP-aligned food safety protocols. Our facility is subject to regular internal and third-party audits, ensuring full traceability, nutritional accuracy, and hygiene. Every product is fortified in line with national nutrition standards.
Nutritional Precision
We tailor our formulations—especially Likuni Phala and emergency blends—to meet specific donor or NGO program requirements. All inputs and final products undergo nutritional testing and compliance verification, giving our partners confidence in every delivery.
Local Partnerships
First
Over 70% of our raw materials come directly from smallholder farmers near our processing site. By sourcing locally, we reduce supply chain emissions, support rural livelihoods, and keep value within Malawi’s economy.
Women & Youth Inclusion
We prioritize women and youth in our farmer and staffing models. Through training, guaranteed offtake, and capacity-building, we’re building not just supply chains—but communities. These partnerships fuel long-term resilience and economic inclusion.
