High-volume, scalable
State-of-the-art milling produces up to 30 tons of fortified flour every 24 hours, with extrusion lines at 200 kg/hour. Modular systems scale for emergency response, regional distribution and new donor contracts — without compromising food safety.
Certified & audited
All products meet Malawi Bureau of Standards and HACCP-aligned protocols, with regular internal and third-party audits. Formulations — especially Likuni Phala and emergency blends — are tailored and nutritionally verified for donor and NGO programmes.
Local partnerships first
Over 70% of raw materials come from smallholder farmers near our site, cutting supply-chain emissions and keeping value in Malawi. We prioritise women and youth through training, guaranteed offtake and capacity-building.
